Conditions we treat

  • From a stiff neck that just won’t go away to whiplash from a recent accident, our neck pain treatment focuses on pain relief and restoration of motion/function.

  • Back pain can be caused by many things: muscle strain, disc herniation, structural issues, postural habits, and more. We will thoroughly assess your back to find the root cause of the pain and find the best treatment for you.

  • Sciatica is pain that travels along the sciatic nerve. Your sciatic nerve starts in the low back, travels through your hip and buttocks, and then travels down the leg. Patients experiencing sciatica may feel pain, tingling, or weakness in the low back and/or down the leg.

  • There are many different types of headaches. Chiropractic treatment is most helpful for headaches which originate from neck tension or muscle tightness.

  • Shoulder pain can be caused by a rotator cuff tear, frozen shoulder, impingement, and other issues. The shoulder is a complex area with structures traveling through or attacking to the shoulder area. Your chiropractor will go through range of motion, orthopaedic testing, muscle stretch assessments and more to determine the cause of your pain.

  • Hip pain can be caused by impingement, muscle strain, labral tears, bursitis, or arthritis, and more. You use your hip every step that you take, so it’s important to get them functioning properly.

  • Joint pain can be caused by the joint itself, or the structures surrounding the joint. Each joint in your body has a specific function and moves differently. Understanding of the role of each joint in your body is a specialty of chiropractors and is essential to find the proper treatment.

  • If you’re trying to get back on the field or back up to speed, we have treatment options to ensure that your are recovering to your full potential.

  • Poor posture and bad workplace ergonomics are a common cause of pain. This can include posture while sitting at a desk, or the way you lift a box at work. During our appointments, we can give advice to improve your day-to-day habits so that they compliment the treatment we provide in our clinic.

  • Even if you don’t have a major injury or condition, we can help you perform at your best by improving mobility, reducing joint restrictions, and helping you move more efficiently. We love helping people become best version of themselves!

  • Plantar Fasciitis is inflammation of the plantar fascia, which is a thick band of tissue that connects from your heel to your toes. Common symptoms are pain in the heel or arch of your foot especially with your first steps of the day or after sitting for a long time.

I love seeing Dr. Alex! He always makes me feel better and truly listens and takes time to
figure out what is going on with my body. He helped me get back into rock climbing after my ankle injury. He also helped me improve my posture as I sit at a desk all day. Highly recommend!!
